*Hybrid schedule - most work can be done remotely for this position however there will be travel involved to locations in the Maryland area 5-10 times per month*
The Regional Clinical Educator serves a key function in the agency’s Clinical Training Institute, providing training and consultation to programs across all regions to support the clinical model. Training includes a chief focus on clinical, programmatic, and leadership development training for staff and programs. Additional requirements include the ability to interface with training software, and the capacity to manage administrative tasks like training registration, evaluation, and coordination. This person has responsibility for the scheduling, planning, support development, and implementation of clinical and management training. In addition, this person serves to support fidelity and treatment integrity of the agency clinical model, through consultative clinical supervision support and training aftercare for staff and programs.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supporting the implementation of evidence-based treatment interventions; effectively collaborating with program staff and external partners; and developing new or improved training curricula where applicable.
Work is performed with considerable independence in accordance with established regulations, policies and procedures. Work is reviewed and supervised by the Chief Program Officer to whom this individual reports.
