Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position oversees the administrative areas of the organization and management of strategic projects in conjunction with the CEO. Assistance on mergers and acquisitions will be additional key activities. Position also focuses on organizational development and overall business strategy.

Caron is actively seeking a highly skilled Chief Administrative Officer to join our esteemed executive leadership team. This pivotal role entails overseeing the administrative facets of our organization, collaborating closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives, and playing a vital role in mergers and acquisitions activities. Additionally, the position is instrumental in driving organizational development and shaping our overall business strategy. We're looking for a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend leadership prowess, strategic acumen, and operational finesse to steer Caron towards continued success.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides leadership and direction to the leaders Human Resources, Education/Training, Quality, Risk & Compliance, Support Services, and Information Management Systems departments within the organization.
Provides oversight to Human Resource and Training departments and programs to build and align workforce to overall strategic objectives. Directs Talent Management, Culture Building and Succession Planning initiatives.
Acts as an Executive Advocate for organizational strategic projects and initiatives including partnering with management to identify and triage business development opportunities, growth opportunities, due diligence and quality/process improvement projects.
Responsible for the oversight, development, implementation, and maintenance of an effective Corporate Compliance Program, Quality Improvement and Risk Management Program.
Works with leader of Compliance, Quality & Risk to evaluate, investigate and document reports of non-compliant activity; coordinates internal compliance investigations. Manages the Audit, Compliance and Risk Management Committee and the Board of Trustees.
Provides executive support to the Information Management System department, particularly focusing on the infrastructure, risk management, process improvement and innovation.
Provides executive support to the Support Services Department, partners on the Capital budget development and priorities, campus planning and real estate transactions.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business or administration required; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years senior leadership experience in the above noted areas, Minimum 5 years of HR leadership is preferred.
Must certify compliance with Pennsylvania Act 33.
If in recovery, 2 years continuous sobriety preferred.
