Michael Maassel (she/her) brings her dynamic energy and purpose-driven approach to her role as the Membership Manager. Her career in the addiction treatment space began in 2017, focusing primarily on developing alumni programming. Previously, Michael held executive leadership positions at Harmony Foundation, serving as Director of Alumni and later as Director of Development. With a passion for fostering growth and value, she dedicated five years to TPAS (Treatment Professionals in Alumni Services), including two years as Co-President on the National Board of Directors, where she successfully doubled membership. As a published author, Michael co-authored the book "Drowning in Addiction: Sink or Swim." A Colorado Native, Michael finds inspiration and peace in the outdoors backcountry skiing, mountain biking, rafting, and running ultras. She is excited about leveraging her expertise in membership and program development to contribute to NAATP's mission.
