The specific medication that a patient receives a prescription for is based on their unique needs and is determined after our team reviews the results of an assessment the individual completes before beginning treatment. Our staff not only prescribes the medication, but they also monitor its effectiveness to ensure that patients are receiving the dosage that is best for them. In addition to prescribing and monitoring medication, our team also provides group and individual counseling sessions. These sessions are designed to give patients an opportunity to explore the behavioral aspects of addictions with the ultimate goal of helping them find ways that they can adjust their lifestyles to prevent future relapse. During individual counseling, patients meet one-on-one with a qualified professional in a confidential setting, while group counseling gives them a chance to meet with other individuals who are also working toward overcoming addictions to opioids.
