Petty Creek Ranch is a recovery-oriented residential treatment center for adolescent males that offers an ASAM 3.5 level of care. We are located in a remote cabin in Alberton, Montana and utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities in the delivery of services to our clients, which consists of a combination of group and individual therapy sessions, psycho-educational lectures, peer support services, and family interventions. Petty Creek Ranch also has a vocational-technical component to our residential program that enables clients to develop skilled trades and potential career paths, as we offer job training in welding, carpentry, and mechanics. Nationally accredited by The Joint Commission, Petty Creek Ranch has a commitment to quality assurance, patient safety, and industry best practices as we facilitate a unique person-centered treatment approach.
The mission of Petty Creek Ranch is to promote the holistic growth and improve the lives of at-risk adolescent males who are struggling with substance use disorder, without regard to their race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, cultural background, or religious belief.
