Groups may discuss topics such as behavioral activation, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and healthy body image. In family therapy sessions, you can begin to rebuild trust and practice healthy communication with members of your personal support system. We also provide trauma-informed yoga classes, where movement can help you regulate your emotions and fully experience the mind-body connection.
