About This Organization:

At Goldsboro Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Goldsboro, North Carolina, we understand the unique challenges of opioid addiction. We also know that each person’s journey to recovery is unique. We offer medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults who are struggling with opioid addiction. MAT is a combination of prescription medication and therapy that has proved to be effective in treating addiction. Our individualized approach to treatment consists of a personalized treatment plan for each of our patients. When you take part in MAT at Goldsboro CTC, we will take into account your medical history, current situation, and goals for treatment. We will then work with you to create a plan that best meets your needs. MAT patients at Goldsboro CTC may receive a prescription for methadone, naltrexone, buprenorphine, or Suboxone. These FDA-approved medications can alleviate withdrawal symptoms and cravings. The counseling component of MAT at our CTC involves therapy sessions where you can explore factors that may have contributed to your struggles with opioid addiction, as well as develop coping tools and build a healthier lifestyle to support sustained recovery. Our team is here to provide you with the support and guidance you need to make lasting changes in your life. If you or someone you know is struggling with opioid addiction, we urge you to reach out to us.
