About This Organization:

OC Revive is primary mental health PHP, IOP facility for adults and adolescents. We offer multiple tracks for SUD and MH for am and pm groups. At OCR our primary goal is to continue the mental health work done at higher levels to ensure each patient has the tools to continue their life without the need to repeat treatment in any way. DBT and CBT make up a large majority of groups on offer at OCR. Individual treatment plans, family program, and individual and family programs are available weekly.
