About This Organization:

Located in Sacramento, California, Sacramento Comprehensive Treatment Center offers outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older who are suffering from opioid use disorder. We have a medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program that integrates prescription medication and therapy. The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) endorse MAT for the treatment of opioid addiction. Adults who participate in our MAT program may receive a prescription for methadone, buprenorphine, Suboxone, or naltrexone. Prescription medications can alleviate withdrawal symptoms and opioid cravings so that patients can fully engage in the counseling component of MAT. During individual sessions, patients can address the influences that may have contributed to their struggles with opioid addiction. They can also develop the skills and strategies that will enable them to resist relapse and remain in recovery. Our facility is conveniently located in the heart of Sacramento, and we are proud to offer a range of services that cater to the unique needs of our patients. We understand that every recovery journey is different, so we provide each person with individualized care. When a person chooses to receive treatment for opioid addiction at our facility, they collaborate with our team to prepare them for sustained success. Our goal is to provide our patients with the tools to build a foundation for long-term recovery. If you or someone you know is struggling with opioid addiction, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are here to help.
