Woonsocket Comprehensive Treatment Center Accredited

Woonsocket Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, is proud to offer leading outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid use disorder. Our medication-assisted treatment (MAT) program incorporates prescription medication and therapy to give our patients the best chance at recovery. Adults who participate in MAT at our center may receive a prescription for methadone. This FDA-approved medication can alleviate the symptoms and cravings that often accompany opioid withdrawal so that patients can end their opioid use and fully engage in the counseling component of MAT. Our MAT program includes individual and group therapy. During individual sessions, patients can address the influences that may have contributed to their struggles with opioid addiction and develop the skills and strategies they need to resist relapse and remain in recovery. Group sessions provide a space for patients to share support with others who are also working toward recovery. At Woonsocket CTC, we understand that every recovery journey is different. Treatment plans vary from person to person. When a person chooses to receive treatment for opioid addiction at our facility, they collaborate with our team to prepare them for sustained success. Our goal is to help our patients develop the skills they need to lead fulfilling lives in recovery. We are committed to providing comprehensive and individualized care that meets each patient’s unique needs.
