Interview #1
In the first of two shows recorded during the 40th Annual National Addiction Leadership Conference, presented by the National Association of Addiction Treatment Programs (NAATP). We start off with an in-depth interview with NAATP Executive Director Marvin Ventrell, who sets the stage for this three day conference. Then a conversation with Laura Niedringhaus from the Beacon House in Pacific Grove Northern California, one of the oldest residential programs in America. We wrap up the first house with Robert Castan, President and CEO of Northpoint Recovery, in Boise, ID.

Interview #2
In our second hour, we start with a chat with an old friend: Vance Johnson, former NFL great who played in 3 Super Bowls. He played for years with the Denver Broncos, and shares his story of experience, strength, and hope. He is now in his 4th year of continuous recovery and is currently a spokesperson for Futures of Palm Beach in Florida. The then we catch up with Robyn Cruz, from the Eating Recovery Center and author of the book  “Making Peace with Your Plate: Eating Disorder Recovery.” Next up is Tamera Jimenez from the Anaheim Lighthouse, a large residential program in Southern California. And we conclude the first hour with highlights from a presentation by Doug Tieman, who has been the President and CEO of Caron Treatment Centers since 1995 on the tradition of values-based addiction treatment.
