Guidelines for Submission

Complete the below application to submit an abstract for NAATP National. The online application will direct you to include a presentation narrative, learning objectives, your biography and credentials, and all contact information. You will have the option to upload supporting documents and a photo. If applicable, co-presenter information is also requested. Please be advised that once your abstract has been submitted, you will be unable to return to it to make changes.

Abstract Selection

Conference sessions and webinar presentations are chosen by Committee and NAATP Staff, respectively. Abstracts are evaluated by relevance, interest, quality of information, and qualifications of presenters. NAATP does not use a “pay to play” model, and exhibitor and sponsorship fees are not considered in the abstract selection process.

There is no deadline for submission as NAATP is now accepting abstracts on a rolling basis. Due to the volume of submissions, please note that there is no set timeline for review or response. NAATP Staff will reach out to you directly if we see a presentation opportunity related to your submission.

Speaker Remuneration Policy

Honorariums
Honorariums are not typically offered by NAATP to conference speakers, for presenting in either general or breakout sessions. An honorarium may be paid to secure a speaker who is especially well-known or in demand; such an exception is made on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of NAATP leadership.

Travel Expenses
Travel expenses incurred by the speaker to attend the conference, including airfare, transportation, and hotel stays, are the responsibility of and will be paid by the speaker.

Registration Fees
Conference presenters are welcome and encouraged to attend other conference sessions beyond the general/breakout session in which they are speaking. Conference attendee registration fees are waived for all individuals participating as speakers.
