2016 Addiction Industry National Salary Survey
NAATP Releases Survey to Contributors
The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers published its 2016 treatment provider salary survey this month. The National Addiction Industry Salary Survey - 2016 (Salary Survey 2016) is the first such report since 2012 and provides comprehensive and detailed data on the operations of addiction treatment providers throughout the U.S. Since the first such survey published by NAATP in 1986, addiction treatment providers and staff have relied on the report for operational, staffing, and salary guidance.
Detailed operational data were collected, catalogued, and analyzed in the fall of 2016 by data firm Upleaf LLC in partnership with Addiction Recovery Consulting. Salary Survey 2016 is the 10th NAATP salary survey. It is an essential tool to help members of our field attract and retain top talent and provide high quality addiction service and care. The 2016 survey questions were expanded to include information regarding the nature of our industry, paid time off, health insurance and other benefits, and a broader range of salaried positions. In addition to receiving the data, contributors will be able to inform future surveys, scheduled biennially, through a feedback link provided in the report.
