Salary Survey
Since 1986, organizations have relied on the NAATP Salary Survey to help attract and retain top talent, provide high-quality care, and navigate workforce challenges in an evolving treatment landscape. It is the only nationwide survey dedicated to collecting comprehensive compensation data in the addiction treatment industry.
We are pleased to announce the release of the 2025 National Addiction Industry Salary Survey. This one-of-a-kind report analyzes salary data across 61 addiction industry positions, representing a workforce of 11,089 employees. Data was collected from 355 facilities across 63 participating organizations, offering a more robust snapshot of compensation trends across the field compared to previous years’ surveys.
Survey data is presented by geographic region, organizational revenue size, and tax status, providing relevant benchmarks for strategic workforce decisions. As in previous years, the data for the 2025 Salary Survey was collected and analyzed by Employer’s Council, ensuring accuracy and reliability. You can preview the report here.
