The 2020 survey is the 12th salary survey produced by The National Association and is expanded to include additional information regarding facility capacity, parental leave, benefits by staff type, and salary distributions. A total of 141 facilities participated in the 2020 report. The additional data and information make this a valuable tool to benchmark organizational service offerings, diversity of staff, benefits, and salaries.
The NAATP Quality Assurance Initiative is a comprehensive program that includes the production of a provider Guidebook.
The Guidebook identifies the core competencies of addiction treatment service through the nine categories snd within these categories are 32 specific Guidelines, each accompanied by an explanatory Commentary from an industry expert, followed by a list of Resources referenced to aid the provider in understanding and implementing.
The purpose of the Outcomes Toolkit is to close the research gap with standardized data, tools, and processes, and to demonstrate the long-term impact of substance use disorder (SUD) services across providers. Through widespread use, we believe the Outcomes Toolkit will lead to common data collected across providers on participants, services, and outcomes that will support additional research, improve understanding of effective practices, and increase the ability to promote the value of treatment provider services.
To help NAATP Members benefit from their membership and participate effectively in the NAATP community, we have created a member benefit guide to help them learn about our programs, resources and events.
