Colors of Recovery with Rick Hubbard

Rick Hubbard, Executive Vice President of Origins Behavioral HealthCare, shares his experience working in addiction treatment for the past 18 years and how it feels to regularly be one of the few people of color in the room. Rick describes his motivation for joining the NAATP DEI Committee as an effort to improve the field and widen access to treatment for communities of color experiencing trauma and inequity.
