About This Organization:
Our flagship outpatient program provides intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization treatment for substance use disorders, mental health disorders, trauma, and eating disorders. The Meadows Outpatient Center in Scottsdale Arizona treats adult individuals age 18 years and above as well as adolescents 13 to 17 years of age.
