About This Organization: OnTrack Inc. is a non-profit human services agency that has been providing comprehensive counseling services in Oregon for more than 50 years. The agency offers individual and group services and support programs with payment based on a sliding fee scale. OnTrack offers evidence-based approaches to services and support systems for youth, adults, and families.
