About This Organization:

Outpatient and Continuing Care treatment is available in at our Granite Falls, Marshall, Redwood Falls, and Willmar facilities. These programs use the same model of care as our residential programs and serve individuals who are appropriate (based on their assessment)for a less intensive treatment option.
