Gateway Foundation - Carbondale Accredited

Gateway Foundation’s Carbondale addiction treatment center features a Residential program specific to young girls that addresses physical, emotional, developmental and spiritual factors of addiction. Small-group treatment and a quiet atmosphere ensure patients have the time they require to recover and the space they need to grow. Gateway Foundation Carbondale also features a butterfly garden, outdoor gazebo for group therapy and a state-of-the-art gymnasium so patients are able to find a home away from home.
Situated amid 14 wooded acres near Southern Illinois University, Gateway Foundation Carbondale is easily accessible to patients throughout central and southern Illinois, as well as Kentucky and Missouri.
The clinical team at Carbondale is committed to understanding each person's unique needs and circumstances and developing a personalized treatment plan that's right for them. Our goal is to understand and treat the underlying causes of one's substance use disorder, not just their addiction to drugs or alcohol.
