As we reflect on 2020, we thank our members and friends for all that you do to make the Association what is it.

Congress is in the final stages of writing a year-end budget, which we expect will include another round of COVID relief assistance. While the final language could change, we anticipate several programs that could be of assistance to NAATP members.

ROCKFORD – Rosecrance Health Network, a national leader in behavioral health care based in Rockford, IL, has entered an agreement to acquire Connections Counseling, an agency with an impressive 18-year history in the Madison, Wisconsin area. The agreement is effective December 31, 2020.

Yesterday the Centers for Disease Control voted on recommendations to the states regarding who should be first in line to receive the COVID-19 vaccines once they are distributed. The highest priority was determined to be healthcare providers and residents of long-term facilities.

NAATP is closely monitoring the rollout of the COVID-19 vaccine and working hard to keep our members updated. On December 1st, The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) panel met and determined that the first COVID-19 vaccine doses should go to health workers and long-term care residents.

The 2020 survey is the 12th salary survey produced by The National Association and is expanded to include additional information regarding facility capacity, parental leave, benefits by staff type, and salary distributions.
