Member-to-Member (M2M) Meetings

NAATP’s Member-to-Member (M2M) Meetings are members-only events designed to build connection, collaboration, and leadership across disciplines in the addiction treatment field. M2M brings together professionals from every corner of the C-suite from CEOs, CFOs, Clinical Directors, HR leaders, and beyond for shared learning, peer dialogue, and progress.

M2M Series (Virtual)

Our virtual M2M Series take place monthly, with each session focused on a specific leadership role, topic, or identity within our field. M2M Meetings are member- and committee-driven spaces that foster open, relevant conversations on the issues you face every day. This includes established series such as:

  • CEO-to-CEO (C2C)
Quarterly virtual gatherings of NAATP member CEOs focused on the strategic and operational challenges of leading treatment organizations in a changing environment.
  • Women’s Leadership Meetings
Virtual spaces designed to uplift, connect, and empower women in leadership roles across the addiction treatment continuum.

These and other virtual M2M meetings will rotate monthly across a standard calendar, covering key leadership disciplines including Clinical, Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Policy. Sessions are guided by member input and shaped by committee leadership.

M2M Roundtables (In-Person)

M2M Roundtables are in-person, regional gatherings that offer NAATP members the opportunity to:

  • Engage with peers in your area
  • Learn more about NAATP member services
  • Deepen collaboration across the field

While Roundtables are not currently active, they remain a core part of our long-term strategy to strengthen in-person community engagement and will return in the future.
