This C-Suite only working session focuses on org wide direction and near term priorities, not specific platforms. The emphasis is on leadership, policy, and priorities. Using insights from the first two sessions and a planning tool, C-Suite leaders will:
- Envision what they want care, staff experience, and operations to feel like in 3 years with AI as a support, not a threat
- Identify the biggest gaps between that 3 year picture and today, across governance, workflows/data, and workforce trust
- Commit to a small set of actions over the next 90 days to start closing those gaps, using their existing tools and, where needed, a simple framework for evaluating vendors and sanity checking ROI claims
The aim is for each organization to leave with a draft 3 year AI vision and a 90 day “AI foundations” starting plan they can refine with their teams.
