Park Royal Hospital Accredited
Park Royal Hospital, located in Fort Myers, Florida, provides inpatient and outpatient treatment for adults age 18 and older and senior adults who are experiencing symptoms of mental health concerns and addictions. Our multidisciplinary treatment team includes psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, physical therapists, and dietitians, and our clinical and nursing staff are available to support you 24/7 as needed. We offer several specialized treatment programs across our inpatient services, partial hospitalization program (PHP), and intensive outpatient program (IOP). Our inpatient addiction program, RESTORE, can include group, recreational, and activity therapies in addition to 12-Step groups. Our medically supported detox program can help you safely withdraw from substances such as alcohol, cocaine, barbiturates, methamphetamine, opioids, and prescription drugs. Park Royal provides gender-specific care in our women’s inpatient treatment program. Our inpatient treatment specialists are qualified to address posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), self-harm, and family relationship dynamics. Our women’s program also specifically addresses postpartum depression and the traumatic effects of sexual violence. This unique program offers a safe space where women can learn and process experiences with their peers in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Seniors age 65 and older who are experiencing symptoms of mental health concerns such as depression or anxiety along with co-occurring Alzheimer’s disease or dementia can receive specialized treatment in our older adult inpatient program. We can work with the entire family to create an individualized treatment plan that allows each senior adult to heal with dignity and respect. If electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) is part of your treatment plan, we are pleased to provide a comfortable ECT suite, where our specially trained team of clinicians will deliver this safe and effective form of treatment for clinical depression. At Park Royal, we focus on serving our patients holistically, including working collaboratively with each patient so that they can develop a healthy mind, body, and spirit.
