The National Association is pleased to introduce the new Addiction Industry Directory
The AID is a comprehensive searchable repository of addiction treatment services sponsored and managed by The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers. It is limited to members in good standing of the National Association that have committed to values-based service. Because only members of The National Association can be listed in the AID, all AID members have been reviewed for membership suitability and pledged to adhere to the NAATP Code of Ethics.
The AID listings are comprised of addiction treatment service providers, called Provider Members, and addiction treatment service supporters, called Supporter Members. Provider Members are licensed to provide the services indicated and special designation is given to Accredited Provider Members who have achieved accreditation through CARF, the Joint Commission, or other NAATP recognized accrediting body.
The directory listings are designed for ease of use by NAATP members, the addiction industry workforce at large, press, policy-makers, and the public. The National Association developed the directory in response to an increased demand for a reliable method of locating treatment services with indicia of quality of service.
The AID searches may be basic or advanced. Search and listing criteria include such data as:
- Contact Information
- Geographic Location(s)
- Type and Level of NAATP Membership
- Direct Link to the Organization
- Levels of Care
- Gender Programing
- Specialty Programs Including Process Addictions and Co-Occurring Disorder Capacity
- Services Offered Including Medical and Laboratory
- Lengths of Stay and Continuum of Care
- Payment Methods Accepted
The AID is an integrated feature of the new website of the National Association launched this past May. NAATP members have login credentials such that they may see and use the site at a deeper level, including direct real-time management to their listings.
