Outcomes

The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers (NAATP) Outcome Pilot Program (OPP) is a multisite study designed to measure long-term outcomes for patients who receive inpatient substance use disorder services. Nine substance abuse treatment providers are participating in the study. Participants who enroll in the evaluation complete an intake survey at the start of treatment, and a follow-up survey at one month, three months, six months, nine months, and twelve months after intake to treatment. Each survey assesses substance use patterns, family and social support in treatment, and mental health.
