The Data Site seal represents a treatment provider’s commitment to the FoRSE mission and values, including accountability, continuous education, patient-centered measurement-based care, and data-driven process improvement. Organizations may display this Seal in marketing materials and on websites to highlight their participation in a national outcomes initiative.

Data Sites will also be recognized through NAATP platforms and channels, including the website, publications, and at NAATP National.
Inclusion in the Outcomes Data Repository
Your organization’s de-identified data becomes part of a national outcomes’ repository, helping shape the standard of care across the field. Contributing your data to FoRSE shows your treatment centers commitment to improve quality care measures as this impacts not only day-to-day treatment delivery but also moves our field closer to widespread systemic validity.
Annual Summary of Aggregate Data

The report highlights system-wide trends in recovery outcomes, such as symptom reduction, relapse predictors, and patient demographics, providing essential benchmarks that contextualize individual facility performance.
Quarterly Data Site Collaboratives
FoRSE will host member-only online collaborative sessions to share strategies, address challenges, and support continuous improvement in data collection and clinical applications. These sessions will offer members new aggregate data insights focused on emerging patterns in the FoRSE dataset and practice-relevant findings. Education webinars will also periodically be hosted.

Frequently Asked Questions
- Why is FoRSE becoming an NAATP member benefit beginning January 1, 2026?
FoRSE has grown into the nation’s largest provider-driven outcomes dataset in the addiction treatment field. To sustain this progress and ensure long-term stability, the NAATP and FoRSE Boards approved integrating FoRSE participation into NAATP membership. This structure supports ongoing operations, continued innovation, and the high quality of the FoRSE Program’s tools and deliverables.
- What happens if my organization is not currently an NAATP member?
Non-member FoRSE Data Sites are invited to join NAATP membership to maintain participation in the FoRSE Outcomes Program. The NAATP Membership Team will assist you with dues information, enrollment guidance, and any support needed during the transition. To review member benefits and dues structure, learn more here.
