Dr. C.J. Davis

C.J. Davis is the CEO-elect of Centerstone, with more than 25 years of experience in the mental health industry as both an executive and a clinical psychologist. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Clinical/Counseling Psychology (M.S.), and a Doctorate in Psychology. He managed and practiced in community treatment settings, residential treatment, primary care behavioral health, inpatient hospital services, and in criminal justice. Davis was hired as the CEO of Springfield, Missouri-based Burrell Behavioral Health in 2017 and became CEO of Brightli in 2022.


Mark Dunn

Public Policy Director, National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers

Mark Dunn represents NAATP in Washington, D.C. As policy representative, Mark represents NAATP on Capitol Hill, at the various federal agencies, and with coalition partners. He advises NAATP and the Board on a broad range of public policy issues important to NAATP members. Mark is a partner in Veritas Advisors, a public affairs firm with over 150 years of combined federal government affairs experience.


Dr. Rebekah Gee

CEO and Founder, Nest Health

Dr. Rebekah Gee is the Founder and CEO of Nest Health, a pioneering in-home care model that partners with MCOs to deliver comprehensive medical, behavioral, and social care to families on Medicaid. A physician and former Louisiana Secretary of Health, she is nationally recognized for her leadership in Medicaid policy, maternal and family health, and innovative approaches to improving outcomes at scale.


Ray Terwilliger

Vice President of Operational Services, Healthcare Services Group

Ray Terwilliger serves as Vice President of Operational Services at Healthcare Services Group (HCSG), where he leads strategic initiatives to expand the organization’s support within the addiction treatment and behavioral health sectors. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ray joined HCSG in 2019 and has advanced through key leadership roles across Financial Services and Client Services. His work centers on strengthening operational readiness, elevating service quality, and helping providers navigate complex regulatory and compliance demands. Ray is deeply engaged in driving growth and building partnerships that enhance safety, consistency, and outcomes for the communities HCSG serves.
