NAATP is excited to partner with the National Council for Mental Wellbeing to offer a leadership training program for emerging leaders to our members!
Middle managers — department supervisors, team leaders and project managers — are critical to the success of addiction treatment centers. Strong middle management drives better patient outcomes, staff engagement and organizational resilience.
Middle Management Academy, offered by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, is a 30-hour training that equips early career managers with the tools to increase productivity, strengthen communication and lead with purpose.
Participants will learn to:
- Lead with strengths and values — Discover your personal leadership style, leverage strengths in yourself and your team, and build a values-driven, strengths-based organizational culture.
- Engage and support teams effectively — Gain practical tools for supervising staff, running high-impact meetings and building cohesive, motivated teams.
- Master change and conflict management — Learn to navigate organizational and personal change, manage healthy conflict and guide your team through challenging conversations using proven frameworks.
- Build trust and accountability — Explore strategies for fostering trust, maintaining accountability and applying key management behaviors that lead teams to success.
