Kara is the National Director of Eating Disorder Programs for Newport Healthcare. With more than a decade of experience in clinical leadership, she has directed multiple residential and outpatient programs focused on eating disorder recovery and mental health. An AAMFT Approved Supervisor and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant, Kara trains clinicians in best practices and provides national program oversight.

Annaliese is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant. She serves as the National Nutrition Manager for Newport Healthcare, providing nutrition therapy for adolescents and young adults in mental health treatment. With nearly a decade of experience in eating disorder treatment, Annaliese integrates evidence-based nutrition approaches with compassionate, individualized care.
