The 2025 FoRSE Annual Summary was released in May of 2025, summarizing data from 136 distinct treatment providers and nearly 300,000 episodes of patient care. The 2023, 2024, and 2025 FoRSE Annual Summaries are available to the public, as sharing insights from the data we are collecting can help reduce stigma and inform progress in the addiction healthcare system. In this webinar, the Executive Director of NAATP’s FoRSE Treatment Outcomes Program will review key findings from this year’s report, including observations about predictors of AMA (Against Medical Advice) discharge, percent change in mental health and SUD symptoms during treatment, and factors affecting return to substance use (relapse) post-discharge. This presentation will also describe in a general way the content of the 2025 FoRSE Site-Specific reports, which were delivered to 130 participating treatment providers in August of this year. These reports will be discussed in the context of how treatment centers can leverage their data to improve communication of value both internally and with external stakeholders.
