Ruth Ann Rigby is a lifelong Mississippian and graduate of William Carey College with more than two decades of leadership in addiction and behavioral health. After beginning her career in her family’s business, she followed her calling to serve others at St. Dominic Behavioral Health, later advancing her work at Pine Grove and now Capstone Treatment Center. A respected advocate, counselor, and community leader, she has supported countless individuals and families nationwide in accessing treatment. Ruth Ann is known for her compassion, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to first responders, families, and those seeking recovery.
