The National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers is governed by a National Board of Directors who oversee the professional staff and provide strategic guidance for the association. For 46 years, the nation’s finest addiction treatment leaders have come forward to serve the association in this role and to further the NAATP mission to provide leadership, advocacy, training, and member support services to ensure the equitable availability and highest quality of addiction treatment. These board members serve without compensation having been identified through their demonstrated effectiveness as treatment executives, service to the association, and dedication to the field at large. Board members are elected by the NAATP members themselves. In turn, these elected Board Members choose their Officers based on demonstrated effectiveness as Board Members.
