The President & CEO will play a crucial role in translating our nonprofit's mission into actionable programs, ensuring clinical excellence in substance use treatment, maintaining financial health, and cultivating essential relationships with stakeholders, donors, and regulatory bodies.

Any combination of education or experience equal to the following:
Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, social work, psychology, or nursing.
Minimum of 10 years leadership positions, with a preferred focus on substance use treatment, non-profit, behavioral health settings.
Experience managing a licensed substance use treatment facility in Virginia is highly desirable.
Deep understanding of the substance use treatment field, evidence-based treatment models, and healthcare compliance.
Active clinical license in good standing (in Virginia) in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or related (LPC, LCSW, LSATP, LMFT, NP, RN) preferred.
Expertise in working with a Board of Directors and executive management team.
Proven record of accomplishment in grant writing, major donor fundraising, and budget management.
