Options Behavioral Health Hospital is a leading provider of treatment for adolescents, adults, and seniors who have mental health concerns and co-occurring addictions. At our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana, our multidisciplinary team of professionals works to address each patient’s unique needs in an atmosphere of dignity and respect. We are committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate treatment and ongoing support for patients and their loved ones. If you are experiencing symptoms of mental health concerns, including anxiety, bipolar disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depression, we offer several levels of care that can support you. Our adult inpatient treatment center, our detox program, and our intensive outpatient program (IOP) serve people ages 18-64. We provide separate inpatient and IOP services for adolescents ages 12-17. We can also treat the unique needs of senior adults age 55 and older. If you are experiencing symptoms of mental health concerns, including dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, we offer age-appropriate programming that can allow you to receive treatment alongside peers who are able to understand your experiences. Sometimes, addictions to substances such as alcohol, cocaine, heroin, and prescription drugs can accompany mental health conditions. These co-occurring disorders can complicate the path to healing and recovery. At Options, our staff is prepared to treat addiction concerns, and our inpatient program offers dual diagnosis treatment. During your stay with us, you can work with a treatment team with training in several therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational enhancement therapy (MET), and trauma-informed care (TIC). You can also receive services to help you stabilize, manage chronic pain, and adjust any prescribed medications. We offer individual, group, family, and recreational therapies for our patients. In these sessions, you may learn self-care tools, stress management techniques, and new approaches to problem-solving.
