OnTrack Inc. is a non-profit human services agency that has been providing Southern Oregon comprehensive counseling services for more than 50 years. The agency offers individual and group services and support programs with payment based on a sliding fee scale. OnTrack's philosophy is that chemical dependency and related dysfunctions are highly complex but treatable chronic illnesses. Everyone, regardless of race, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, disability or financial means, has the right to quality services in the least restrictive environment. OnTrack offers evidence-based approaches to services and support systems for youth, adults and families. Services include residential for adults, for pregnant and parenting women with children, and for custodial fathers with children; Non-Residential services include intensive and non-intensive programs for substance abuse, Driving Under the Influence (DUii) services; dual diagnosis treatment; domestic violence groups for men and women; Healthy Babies outreach, family strengthening services; anger management groups; and both transitional and long-term housing.
OnTrack Rogue Valley's mission is to empower individuals and families to overcome addiction, poverty and social stigma through integrative counseling, education, skills training and stable housing that sustain recovery.
