In response to client preferences, Desert Star offers virtual programming and telehealth options for all of our services.
Desert Star was created by people with years of experience in the addiction and mental health fields. Treatment programs are evidence and practice based, using a holistic approach. At the core of our services is the Intensive Outpatient program, designed in phases to support our clients on their recovery journey. Desert Star has programs for mental health, alcohol/drug addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, relationship issues and sexual compulsivity, and eating disorders. Our programs include individual, group, family therapy, psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychological testing , and the 12 steps.
We offer individualized treatment with a contiuum of care from partial hospitalization to intensive outpatient to low intensity outpatient, and can combine groups from multiple programs to suit unique needs.
To provide the highest quality, affordable outpatient addiction and eating disorder treatment for our community and for individuals who wish to recover and heal from their addictions in the desert.
