Denver, Colorado — January 9, 2026 —Treatment Professionals in Alumni Services (TPAS), the leading national organization dedicated to advancing alumni engagement and recovery-support communities, is pleased to announce new leadership appointments to its Board of Directors as the organization celebrates its 15-year anniversary.
TPAS is pleased to welcome Jim Geckler with Caron as Co-President of the Board, serving alongside current Co-President Nikki Soda of Sodas Consulting. Kelly Butzer of Sandstone Care will serve as Secretary, and Sara Beth Caldwell of Red Oak will continue in her role as Treasurer. Together, this leadership team brings deep expertise in alumni services, organizational development, and community-based recovery systems, strengthening TPAS’s strategic direction during a pivotal period of growth.
In addition, TPAS is honored to welcome the following professionals as new members of the Board of Directors:

These leaders represent a diverse cross-section of treatment, alumni programming, and recovery-support expertise, further enhancing TPAS’s ability to guide best practices and innovation and meaningful alumni engagement across the behavioral health continuum. As part of this transition, Kevin Zundl, Psynchronous Communications and Dick Dillon, Innovaision for their years of dedicated service to TPAS leadership. Their contributions have played a meaningful role in shaping the organization’s mission, governance, and national impact.
TPAS also offers a special thank-you to Casey Hyatt, Cumberland Heights, who will be completing his leadership term. We are grateful that Casey will continue to serve the organization as a member at large, ensuring continuity, mentorship, and institutional knowledge as the board evolves.
