Olari, LLC, has launched its comprehensive practice management platform for small and mid-size addiction recovery organizations in partnership with The Healing Place of New Hanover County (THPNHC), a peer-driven recovery organization providing non-medical detox, residential recovery, and transitional living at no cost to thousands of individuals each year.

Olari enables organizations to consolidate and standardize client information, program activity, and longitudinal updates within a secure, easy-to-use platform that supports a more complete view of program participants’ recovery journey over time. Designed with privacy and compliance in mind, the platform offers HIPAA-aligned workflows and robust reporting at the client, program, and organizational levels.

“We’ve already seen meaningful improvements from using the Olari platform, from simplifying our intake process to allowing us to more efficiently access and report on client information in a single system,” said Brian Mingia, THPNHC’s Executive Director. “Olari helps reduce administrative complexity so our team can spend more time focused on the people we serve, rather than managing information across multiple paper and digital systems.”

THPNC operates under a peer-led, peer-run model, which differs from traditional medical treatment approaches. Individuals who have successfully completed the program serve as peer mentors, offering support rooted in lived experience. This model allows clients to receive guidance from those who understand firsthand the challenges of crisis, detox, and early recovery, creating a uniquely supportive and effective recovery environment.

“The Healing Place is a vital community resource, providing recovery-oriented services that are accessible and person-centered,” said Heather Nolan, Managing Partner at Olari. “Our goal is to support organizations like The Healing Place with affordable, practical technology that improves operational efficiency while respecting the realities of how recovery programs operate day to day.”
