It demonstrates your commitment to measuring outcomes, using data to improve care, and contributing to research that advances the addiction treatment field.

Displaying the FoRSE Data Site Seal on your website and marketing materials:

Website Use
Eligible FoRSE Data Sites may display the FoRSE Data Site Seal on their website, including:
homepage, footer, and "About Us," "Quality," "Outcomes," or "Affiliations" pages.
Website Requirements
Use the FoRSE-provided HTML embed code for website display or the official JPEG provided through the NAATP member portal.
The HTML embed is the preferred method for website display, while the JPEG is intended for advertising, social media, and print applications.
The Seal should link to your organization's FoRSE webpage, NAATP member listing, or another page describing your participation in the FoRSE Outcomes Program.
The Seal may not be altered, distorted, or combined with other logos in a manner that implies endorsement, accreditation, certification, or a quality rating.
Advertising And Digital Marketing
Eligible FoRSE Data Sites may use the FoRSE Data Site Seal in:
digital advertising (search, display, social), email marketing, sponsored digital placements, electronic newsletters, and other online promotional materials.
Print Materials
Eligible FoRSE Data Sites may use the FoRSE Data Site Seal in:
brochures and flyers, annual reports, admissions and outreach materials, conference signage and printed collateral, community education materials, and recruitment materials.
- Protecting The Integrity of the FoRSE Data Site Seal
When using the FoRSE Data Site Seal in advertising, digital media, or print materials, eligible FoRSE Data Sites are expected to take reasonable steps to protect the integrity of the Seal.
This includes:
- using only official Seal files provided by NAATP/FoRSE;
- avoiding sharing Seal files with organizations that are not eligible to use the FoRSE Data Site Seal;
- ensuring the Seal is removed from future materials if your organization is no longer an eligible FoRSE Data Site;
- avoiding placements or messaging that could confuse the public about the purpose of the FoRSE Outcomes Program or imply endorsement, accreditation, certification, or a quality rating.
NAATP recognizes that some materials may remain in circulation; organizations should make good-faith efforts to update materials as FoRSE participation status changes.
All uses of the FoRSE Data Site Seal must clearly reflect active participation in the FoRSE Outcomes Program.
Prohibited Language
The following terms may not be used in connection with FoRSE or the FoRSE Data Site Seal:
"FoRSE Accredited," "FoRSE Accreditation," "FoRSE Certified," "FoRSE Certification," "FoRSE Approved," "FoRSE Endorsed," or "FoRSE Seal of Approval."
The FoRSE Data Site Seal recognizes an organization's active participation in the FoRSE Outcomes Program. It is not an accreditation, certification, endorsement, or quality rating.

When possible:
- tag NAATP and FoRSE,
- link to your FoRSE or NAATP webpage,
- include relevant hashtags.

- Communicating Your FoRSE Participation
When promoting your participation in FoRSE, consider emphasizing your organization's commitment to:
- measuring patient outcomes,
- using data to support continuous quality improvement,
- advancing addiction treatment research,
- contributing to national outcomes benchmarking,
- improving care through evidence-informed decision making,
- strengthening transparency and accountability.
- Use of the FoRSE Data Site Seal On Third-Party Platforms
Eligible FoRSE Data Sites may allow the FoRSE Data Site Seal to be displayed on third-party platforms (such as directories, marketplaces, or referral sites) only if:
- the organization is an active FoRSE Data Site in good standing;
- the Seal accurately reflects the organization's current FoRSE participation status; and
- prohibited language (e.g., "FoRSE Accredited" or "FoRSE Certified") is not used.
Organizations are encouraged to:
- periodically review third-party listings to ensure the Seal is displayed accurately;
- request corrections or removal if participation status or messaging is inaccurate; and
- notify NAATP of any unauthorized or misleading use of the FoRSE Data Site Seal.
NAATP may address inaccurate or misleading third-party use to protect the integrity of the FoRSE Outcomes Program and its participating Data Sites.
- Eligibility To Use The FoRSE Data Site Seal
The FoRSE Data Site Seal is reserved exclusively for organizations actively participating in the FoRSE Outcomes Program.
To be eligible to display the FoRSE Data Site Seal, an organization must:
- maintain an active NAATP membership in good standing;
- have a current, fully executed FoRSE Participation & Partnership Agreement (PPA); and
- actively submit outcomes data in accordance with FoRSE program requirements.
Eligibility is reviewed on an ongoing basis. Organizations that no longer meet these requirements are no longer authorized to use the FoRSE Data Site Seal.
If eligibility changes, organizations must discontinue use of the FoRSE Data Site Seal on websites, advertising, social media, printed materials, and future promotional materials. NAATP recognizes that some materials may remain in circulation and asks organizations to make reasonable efforts to update or replace those materials in a timely manner.
