FoRSE Custom Reports
Custom Reports are now available for purchase exclusively to NAATP Members that are also FoRSE Data Sites.
This report provides a comprehensive, deep-dive analysis of all of your organization's submitted data — across admission, treatment, discharge, and follow-up measures. Built in partnership with Petree Consulting Inc., each report is customized based on your organizational needs and includes visual summaries, charts, and tables for clinical, operational, and strategic use. Reports can focus on a specific time period and/or specific surveys as requested, or provide a cross-survey profile to identify operational strengths and weaknesses — for example:
- Predictors of AMA discharge
- Regularity of repeated measures during treatment
- Meaningful clinical improvement by patient type
- Post-discharge response rate
