The Provider-Payer Collaborative is a unique invitation only one-day annual meeting that brings together the top C-Suite executives of the SUD treatment provider and treatment payer industry. It is operated by two partnering organizations: Circle Social and the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers' Research Foundation (FoRSE). The event is designed to bring together the executive influencers of those who provide treatment and those who reimburse treatment. The objective of The SUD Provider-Payer Collaborative is to produce partnerships between the parties that produce best practice treatment through best practice reimbursement.
A focus of this year's event will be examining provider footprints to meet evolving patient need. Specializations, domains of expertise, and geographic footprints all affect access to and quality of care as well as costs for providing that care. Sustained expansion has proved elusive for many providers while others weigh tackling the challenges of growth vs. meeting current patient needs. We will also address outcomes measures that produce data informed best practices. Attendees are the heads of many of the largest treatment programs in the country. We may be leading a non-profit or a for-profit, MAT clinics or residential rehabs, traditional continuum or innovative digital therapeutics. What we all have in common is our goal to provide the best care possible and expand our organizations so we can better serve more patients.
This Year's Event will Help Answer:
- What does truly sustainable growth look like?
- In today's competitive environment, is growth a necessity or can standalone providers better serve patients by focusing on long-established needs in their communities?
- What legacy systems, processes, and behaviors may be holding organizations back from achieving current and future sustainability goals?
- Are there underserved patient populations that present opportunities for service line expansion? If so, what challenges, financial considerations, timelines, and reimbursement options for those service lines?
- What is the role of outcomes and measures research and program implementation?... and importantly
- How do we as industry partners establish meaningful and sustainable lines of communication?
