Crestwyn Behavioral Health Hospital Accredited
Crestwyn Behavioral Health Hospital, located in the historic Germantown district of Memphis, Tennessee, is an inpatient treatment center that serves individuals who are experiencing symptoms of substance use disorders, mental health disorders, or both. Our qualified and compassionate staff members provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment where patients can thrive throughout their treatment process. We treat mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). We also provide treatment for people who are struggling with addictions to substances such as meth, opioids, alcohol, and cocaine. Our team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and counselors specialize in working with different age groups. One inpatient program is geared toward adolescents ages 12-17, while another inpatient program is designed for adults age 18 and older. A third inpatient program, specifically for senior adults, offers treatment for concerns such as Alzheimer’s disease and depression. Seniors may participate in leisure, exercise, or cognitive stimulation groups as part of their treatment. We also offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults who are ready to transition out of acute inpatient care. Our goal is to deliver high-quality treatment services that allow patients to grow and progress in their healing journeys. Our individual, group, and family therapy services include group experiences and personal check-ins to help patients learn more about behavioral health as they process their experiences and gain an understanding of things that can get in the way of improvement. Once patients have completed treatment at our facility, they can take advantage of our aftercare program, which is designed to assist them as needed.
Our mission at Crestwyn Behavioral Health is to become a world-class hospital that sets the standard of excellence in the specialty treatment of behavior health concerns, mental illness, and addiction disorders.
