Dilworth Center is a private, non-profit organization providing substance use disorder treatment programs for adults, young adults and adolescents. Charles received a Master of Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is Master Addiction Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. Mr. Odell serves on the NAATP Board of Directors and serves on the Advisory Board of the Jonnie McLeod Institute on Substance Abuse at UNC-Charlotte and is an Adjunct Instructor at UNC-Chapel Hill.

Dr. Nicksic Sigmon has a passion for facilitating access to evidence-based care for underserved populations. At NMHIC, she oversees ongoing research and grant writing efforts, primarily focused on innovative ways to integrate technology into treatment for mental health and to support wellness.

Matt Vogal is the founder of the National Mental Health Innovation Center (NMHIC) at the University of Colorado’s Anschutz Medical Campus. As Executive Director, Matt works to accelerate the pace at which new technologies developed by startups and entrepreneurs to better treat and prevent mental illness, promote mental wellness and destroy stigma. Matt has spoken at the World Conference on VR and Industry, and a TEDx talk on the use of VR in mental health. Previously, Matt served as Deputy Director of the University of Colorado Depression Center and managed the national program expansion for the Nurse-Family Partnership.
