Supporting the Grieving Body

This experiential workshop will focus on ways to incorporate breath, movement, and writing into grief support interventions. Drawing from Paul Denniston’s (Founder and Creator of Grief Yoga) work with movement and grief, participants will explore incorporating these modalities into death-loss grief support and education groups.

During this workshop, participants will:

- Be invited to participate in a variety of breath, movement, and writing exercises related to grief and loss
- Learn relevant information connected to these exercises
- Develop a greater understanding of ways to incorporate the body into grief support interventions
