Julia Finken is the Executive Director of Behavioral Healthcare at the Joint Commission. Julia has over 30 years of leadership experience in the Health Care Industry including Behavioral Healthcare, Home Care, Acute Care, and Ambulatory Care settings. Julia has extensive experience in Business Development, Operations Management, Marketing Management, Sales Management, Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Education and Performance Improvement. Julia is a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has facilitated many performance improvement projects over the course of her career. Julia has dedicated her career in health care to assisting organizations to maximize operational and cost efficiencies while achieving high quality outcomes. Ms. Finken holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with a minor in Business Economics and a Masters in Business Administration. She is a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
