Dr. Annie Peters, Dr. Thomas Britton

Annie Peters, PhD, LP, is the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO) of Harmony Foundation, Inc., Colorado’s longest running residential addiction treatment center. As CCO, Dr. Peters directs the delivery of clinical services, including addiction counseling, mental health services, and clinical case management. Dr. Peters earned her PhD in clinical psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder. Dr. Peters’ clinical interests include integrated care for individuals with addiction and co-occurring disorders, and mindfulness-based cognitive-behavioral psychotherapies. 

Dr. Britton’s involvement in the behavioral health field spans more than 25 years, and his extensive work history provides a rich background from which he leads The Gateway Foundation. Tom is committed to lifelong learning, completing a Doctorate in Public Health at the Gillings School of Global Health, a master’s degree in addiction treatment and a master’s in marriage and family therapy. He has provided interdisciplinary training throughout the country, and maintains several licensures and certifications. Currently, Dr. Britton is the President and CEO of the nation’s largest non-profit treatment provider specializing in substance use disorder treatment.
