Main Areas of Responsibility:
Basic Function
Provides mental health therapy to treat addiction and co-occurring disorders in a residential treatment setting.
Responsibilities
1. Manage caseload of up to 5 (5) individual patients at a time.
2. Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
3. Provide working assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for individual clients.
4. Provide written record of provided services.
5. Monitor patient progress to ensure goals and objectives are being met.
6. Act as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team to help manage therapeutic milieu.
7. Maintain weekly contact with patient ‘s outside support team, including family members and referring parties, as appropriate.
8. Oversee the work of professional staff by reviewing work, assignments, coordinating activities, and revolving work-related activities.
9. Coordinate with billing company to provide clinical justification for ongoing treatment as appropriate.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Information/Requirements:
Masters level Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.
Pass Background Screen
Licensed as Clinician (in State of Utah preferred)
