Main Areas of Responsibility:
This individual is responsible for leading & managing all aspects of bed management program services for Gaudenzia’s residential program facilities and transportation dispatch for the drivers associated with the HelpLine to eventually include transportation for the entire organization. This role demands excellence in communication with cross-functional roles, customer service, call throughput, dispatches, and software management including updates, documentation, and outcomes. This individual will work closely gathering/verifying information from multiple people across four regions. This role works closely with the Director of HelpLine Services to train, supervise and direct all staff performing/working with the above.
Duties include, but are not limited to managing the day-to-day bed management of Gaudenzia’s residential footprint of approximately 1200 beds; updating and maintaining accurate follow-up with identified program staff for bed occupancy and bed turnover to maximize bed utilization and client flow; implementing and monitoring a transportation dispatch system (Salesforce Transportation Dispatch); hiring, training and scheduling of drivers; working with HelpLine and program sites to meet program transportation needs; managing the use of Uber Health as needed; updates and maintains accurate follow up with programs, referral sources and clients for key transportation logistics. This person is also capable of managing the maintenance and repairs of our fleet of vehicles.
Master’s Degree + 2 years’ experience; or BA/BS or CAC + 3 years’ experience; or AA/AS + 4 years’ experience or HSD/GED + 5+ years’ experience
