Nurse Practitioner

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We are immediately looking to hire a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner to provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and some primary care to individuals with substance use disorders at our inpatient hospital in Coburg, Oregon and occasionally at our outpatient office in Eugene, Oregon.
Collaborating physician relationship provided.

Friday to Monday - Dayshift
This can be a Full Time, Part Time or PRN position.

• Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required.
• Current Oregon state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.
• Current Oregon state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current DEA licensure and prescriptive authority in Oregon, required.
• Min. 1 year’s nursing experience required
• Prior experience with Addiction Medicine and SUD patients desired
